Chimney Sweep in Dayton OH

Sadly, it's rare to experience exceptional customer service these days, but this was a pleasant surprise. We had what turned out to be an emergency situation with our chimney/furnace venting. Frank was able to explain everything that needed to be done and, more importantly, why, in a way we could easily understand. He and his crew were out in the cold of winter to take care everything quickly and efficiently. They fixed a vital, mistake another contractor had made, repaired our cap and installed a new liner. They will absolutely be our first call for any future needs!

I had a fine experience with this business! Was trying to find a reputable company that would be able to service the Springfield area. One didn't go that far, next one said Jan 5 was the earliest possible. Saw the positive reviews for Frank's and called him. He said he had a guy named Zane in the area that day and they could take care of me. Zane did a fine job! On time, thorough, pleasant, dedicated, and really got along with my dogs. Great service and friendly staff and workers they were clean and respectful of my home and property. I went looking for a replacement chimney cap and tuck point work. Every one else I called was booked out or extremely expensive. Frank and his team got out and performed work and repairs in a timely manner. Thank you Franks chimney. They also serviced and cleaned out gas fireplace and we are looking at purchasing a new system come fall 🙂

Communication with Frank was very timely and informative. After receiving the estimate, I was on the schedule with the repairs being done within 2 weeks. Jimmy did a great job with the repairs, and cleaned up the area well. Had an old wood stove and flue in a house we recently bought that appeared to have been leaking for quite some time and caused major water damage in garage. Never planned on using it so we contacted Frank for complete removal of wood stove and flue. Very quick and responsive! They were able to remove and fix roof area as well. Cleaned everything up and were very friendly the whole way, will recommend them to anyone in need.

So thankful I found Frank! I recently had water leakage in our fireplace after heavy rains and found Frank and his company based on the awesome Google reviews! He came by within a few days to see what the issue was and had Zane do the repairs necessary to both of my chimneys for an amazing price! Zane did an amazing job and was so professional and nice, cleaned things up before he left and we now have a leak proof chimney! Thankful to small businesses like this that do a great job and do what they say they will do!👏👏👏
